I. Called the meeting to order at 10:15 am
II. Approval of the minutes from the last meeting
III. Treasurer’s Report-$9,116.37
IV. Name Tags-update from Gary Thompson-update Club members that name tags are available through membership for a price of $10.00.
V. Christmas Party-invitations should be returned to Pete Chehayl and checks made payable to Everglades PCA
VI. Trophies-Sandy and Shirley Gove; retiring President-Carla will order
VII. Scholarship-$1,000 Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology Foundation for the use of automotive training scholarships; Bill Hutchens is on the Board at the school and will coordinate the presence of school administration for presentation of scholarship at the Christmas party
VIII. November venue – Johnny and Ellen Harris will host a potluck on Saturday November 15th
IX. Collier museum – update from Ron Howard; postponed for next year but Ron will follow up for tentative date
X. T-shirts – Pete Chehayl will take over polos along with T-shirts
XI. Newsletter Editor – Ron and Amy Howard will takeover from Cory Samuel
XII. Festival of Lights - Corvette Club – referral from Gary Karnes; corvette club has decided only to admit GM cars
XIII. Zone 12 Autocross Challenge – Bill Hutchens/Ron Howard
